  5. Refusal from insulation and waterproofing of beams and joists. Air flows will pass between the layers of insulation, cold bridges will provoke gradual peeling of the material from the surface. In addition, condensate will drain in them, which means that wet areas will form, that all the forces spent and funds will reduce to “no”.
