- the structure is placed with a marked point at the top bolt and on the right side of it, the lower part – to the left of the bottom bolt;
- exerting physical force on the lever (from top to bottom), bend the rod to the desired bend (to the left side).
The outcome is a minute-by-minute bend of the necessary configuration that is clean and exact.
Take note: For a clearer fixation, the bolts should be thick and have heads higher than the reinforcement being processed.
Without machines and electronics, there is an even more straightforward choice. All you’ll need are some boards, a peg, and a construction meter to mark the dimensions. progressively bending the reinforcement:
