The notice of delivery can be used as proof that the owner is correct in future disputes if it is claimed that the neighbors were not informed.

Surveys of plots registered with SNT or a dacha cooperative are only permitted with the association chairman’s approval.

Following the survey, a special act is created that documents the neighbors’ agreement with the findings. Without it, formal ownership cannot be established on the basis of the map-plan that was received from the company and is deemed invalid.
